Cosmetic Imaging
Ever wish you could see what your teeth will look like after a specific cosmetic procedure? Well, now you can, before the procedure even takes place. And best of all, at Goodman & West, you can do it for FREE.

With our special cosmetic imaging procedure, current images of your mouth and teeth are captured via digital camera. The digital image is then altered and reconstructed using special software, showing you what your teeth will look like following the procedure. It's a great way to see how your specific concerns – such as discoloration, gaps, chipped or crooked teeth -can be addressed, before a corrective procedure takes place.

Schedule An Appointment
The first step is to schedule your appointment by calling us at 314-849-3234. For new patients, we offer an introductory consultation at a special rate. If you would like to learn more about our New Patient Examination Special before scheduling, please click here.

Confirmation
If your appointment is scheduled via email, we'll call you immediately to confirm. We'll also call you the day prior to you appointment to remind you, and make sure that the day and time you've scheduled is still convenient.

What to Bring
  1. Completed Forms: For your convenience, we have included links below to two necessary health history and insurance coverage forms. Please print, complete, and bring to your appointment. If you're unable to do so, please arrive at your appointment about 20 minutes prior in order to fill out the necessary paperwork.


  2. List of Medications: In order to provide the best and safest dental care, we need to evaluate your medical information. Please bring a list of medications, including prescription and over-the-counter drugs that you are currently taking.
Insurance Coverage
While insurance can sometimes be confusing, our staff will work with you to file the proper paperwork and help ensure that your benefits are maximized. Please bring your insurance information with you and make sure forms are filled out and signed to expedite the filing of your claim.

For your convenience, Goodman & West works with and accepts coverage by most major insurance providers, including:
  • Delta Dental
  • Met Life
  • Cigna
  • Great West
  • The Guardian

    Co-Pays
    As a courtesy, our coordinators will be happy to file your insurance forms. Your co payment is then paid at the time of treatment. Many payment options are available for your co-payment and our insurance coordinators can answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them at 314-849-3234.

    Goodman & West accepts the following forms of payment:
    1. Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa/Discover)
    2. Cash/Check
    3. Financing plans available through Wells Fargo (12 months free financing if charges exceed $300; based upon credit approval)

    Senior Discount
    Goodman & West offers special pricing for seniors. If you are over the age of 65, we will discount your dental services by 10%.
